But boy, it just looks so soft and don’t you have that big event coming up for which you were still looking for the perfect accessory? Bingo!

So you’ve done it, you’ve placed your order and you’re looking forward to receiving it. Only two days to wait! Our team will soon receive your order and payment and that’s where it all starts.
Did you know that the stock that is available to you online is actually the same as we have available in the store? The level above the store is used as our stock room. Shelves full of beautiful knits, gotta love it!
This is where we go when your order comes in: we collect your knit from upstairs and wrap it in our pretty tissue paper for protection. Depending on the size of your order, it will be sent to you in one of our colorful bags or in a cardboard box.
We also add one of our beautiful cards to the package. We’ve recently got some new ones. What do you think?

And then it’s time to wait for our postman, Peter! He usually picks up the packages in the afternoon. We sign off the paper and voilà! Off you go, pretty knits. Make your new owners happy!
