Oh happy days! After a year of hard work, I can finally present you with my cook and lifestyle book #LNFairfood! It has taken so much of my energy but it has given me even more back. I am very happy with the result and I hope you will find the book inspirational to live a healthy and pure life.
I got to know the Peruvian kitchen thanks to my yearly visits to the beautiful country. Every time again I was blown away by the pure and fresh ingredients that are used. As I am a true foodie and addicted to healthy food that nourishes my entire body, I decided to share my passion with you. Pure, biological and honest food lies on the basis of everything.
The book consists of 50 recipes divided in 8 categries: smoothies and juices, breakfast, eggs, cold salads, warm salads, fish, snacks, drinks and cravings. These should get you through the day with lots of energy! In between, I also provide you with more information about the fair and biological products that are being grown by Peruvian families. They put their heart and soul in the crops to sustain their whole family, with respect for “la pachamama”; mother nature. All the recipes are free of meat, gluten, soy, sugar, and low in soy and dairy. Cannot get any better, right?
Oh sure it can! Since we insist on pure ingredients and fair wages for the hard working families, we are distributing honest and Peruvian maca, quinoa, cañihua and amaranth pops. You can find them soon in our flagship store, online and in various concept stores. We have also put together a complete box with these superfoods, the #LNFairfood book and the #LNFairfoodtruffel. The last one is a healthy cocoa bomb for all the sweet tooths out there. This “mini tentación” will fulfil your guilty pleasures without having to feel guilty at all ;-).
Curious? Want to feel and see the book with your own hand and eyes? You can! #LNFairfood will be available on the 12th of October in the flagshipstore (Leopoldstraat 22 – Antwerp), online and in various book stores. Get ready to claim your copy and live healthy and energized!
