I’ve known LN from the very start. I remember the time when Ellen crocheted her beanies herself under the name of LN Beanies. You can call me a fan of the first, so to speak.
What I love about LN Knits is the story. It grew from something small, a hobby, and into a beautiful project giving people job opportunities. And top of that, it’s a fair label and I’m a big fan of sustainable items, especially when they’re Belgian.
It’s hard to pick a piece that I love the most, because all items that I have are still beautiful. Some of them still look nice after 7 years! My grey coat, a Marvelous Martine, is a stunner you can wear all year round. It’s pretty on jeans, but also on a maxi dress. I love wearing it oversized (and so does Liv, haha!).
My daughters Liv and Cilou are also very fond of soft knitwear. Liv doesn’t tolerate itchy wool, she just refuses to wear it. But LN knits are super soft and ideal for small kids.
If I had to convince a friend to buy a knit from LN, I would tell her that she’s buying an all-time favourite that’s timeless, minimalistic and of the highest quality. What more do you want.
